dispute resolution services

Finding a brand identity helps transition anyone from one line of work to another. The Honorable James W. Hardesty, Ret., planned a quick two-month vacation before launching his new mediation company, Dispute Resolution Services. We looked to blend professionalism and integrity into a new logo, website, and ad placement in the Washoe County Bar Association's Official Publication,"The Writ."

Logo

Working closely with the client, I explored several logo options. After brainstorming with thumbnails and incorporating the client's vision which we discussed in person, I was able to provide a few logo mockups to help steer us in the right direction.

The final logo combined several of our initial ideas.

Business Card

The final design.

Focusing on simplicity as well as incorporating a soft velvet texture into the physical card helps add interest when holding the card.

For the website design I was able to photograph the Truckee Meadows on a bluebird day after a snow storm. We used this photo as well as the client's chosen headshot as inspiration for the overall color choices and layout design.
