With this project, we worked to create a peaceful and reassuring introduction video for new and expecting families. Bringing children into the world can be stressful, but understanding your new pediatrician's office procedures should be the last thing you worry about.

 

The video needed to be short enough to hold the viewers interest while incorporating the office staff's most frequently asked questions. Time saved not having to repeat answers over the phones helps the office staff focus on better serving their patients.
